CHOOSING A WINNER
For blog comment entry, winners will be chosen by random.org from all qualified entrants. For giveaways offered through Rafflecopter, winners are automatically selected at the close of the giveaway. Unless otherwise stated, for giveaways in which an international winner is chosen, a gift card will substituted as the prize as shipping out of country is not feasible but I do not wish to exclude international entrants.
NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified via the winning e-mail address. YOU MUST REPLY TO THE WINNING E-MAIL ANNOUNCEMENT WITHIN (7) DAYS in order to receive your prize.
ACCEPTING YOUR PRIZE
When you are notified via your winning email address that you’ve won a prize, YOU MUST REPLY WITHIN (7) DAYS TO ACCEPT YOUR PRIZE. Prizes MUST be claimed within (7) days or they will be forfeited. (NOTE: this does not apply to certificate redemption. Once your gift card has been sent to you, retailer redemption rules and guidelines apply.)
PRIVACY
Outside of routine automated delivery of blog posts, e-mail addresses will not be used for anything other than choosing (privately), announcing (your email will not be shown in its entirety if at all), and notifying (via email) winners.
